ENTRY PROCESS

To qualify for the 2012 San Antonio Sports Fit Family Challenge Grand Prize drawings, you must track your family activities and attend official Fit Family Challenge events, documented in the Fit Family Challenge Tracking Log (hereafter called the Tracking Log). Be eligible to win a $1,000 cash prize at a free Fit Family Challenge countywide event if a family presents its stamped tracking log to the registration table.

The Tracking Log is available as an interactive online application (Track Online) on FitFamilyChallenge.com, or as a print document available at Fit Family Challenge events.

The Grand Prize and other prize drawings will be held at the Fit Family Challenge Fitness Celebrations events on June 9, 2012; June 30, 2012; July 21, 2012; August 11, 2012 at locations to be announced. Bring your stamped Fit Family Challenge Tracking Log. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

ELIGIBILITY

This program is open to families residing in Bexar County who participate in the San Antonio Sports Fit Family Challenge. “Families” are defined as at least one adult age 21 or over with at least one child age 3 – 18. “Participate” is defined as maintaining a Fit Family Challenge Training Journal and receiving stamps for attending Fit Family Challenge events. Fit Family Challenge events are announced at www.FitFamilyChallenge.com.

EVENT PRIZES

Fit Family Challenge Event drawing prizes will vary by location and event. No specific prize is promised or guaranteed in this promotion. Participating families must register when attending an event. Names will be drawn for prizes at the conclusion of the event. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

You will receive a prize drawing ticket. Ticket numbers will be drawn during the Finale Bash for the prizes. You must be present to win.

PRIZE AWARDS & RESTRICTIONS

Grand Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize and no other awards may be implied or inferred. Limit one prize per household. Winners agree to participate in print and/or electronic interviews and/or events related to the publication and/or broadcast of their Fit Family Challenge Tracking Log.

GENERAL RULES

Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity/Photo Release upon award of the prize. Noncompliance with this requirement will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are sole responsibility of winner. Not responsible for lost or unavailable network connections or for errors in accrual of the number of entries. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees and assignees, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to make unlimited use of winners’ names and/or likenesses in multiple venues for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assignees, from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any contest materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned and may be reproduced for multiple promotional and/or editorial purposes. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded for the above specified contest duration.
